It all begins with an idea, a thought, a feeling - hold it close to you, gently. Then pick up your pen and join me as we write and share. In my workshops, I will support you to use the process of individual reflective writing, and sharing what you feel comfortable sharing from your writing, as ways to become aware of - and express - how you feel, and to reflect on why you may feel the ways that you do. I design my sessions to be safe spaces for you to build self-awareness and confidence, communicate better with yourself and others, and relax and have fun.

I create my workshops specifically for the participants I work with and often use poetry, prose, still and moving images, movement, breath work, sound, song and objects as ways into reflective writing. I will guide you to use your writing and sharing to build meaningful relationships with yourself, others, your environment and your work. In this way, my workshops can support your emotional wellbeing, build your confidence and improve communication and teamwork.

My workshops can be both one-to-one and group sessions, for individuals and organisations, in-person and online. Each session will typically be between 90 minutes to two hours long. To find out more about them and my fees, including concessionary rates, here’s how you can get in touch with me.
